Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education, Sahiwal (BISE Sahiwal) every year registers thousands and thousands of internal as well as external candidates from Sahiwal as well as its jurisdiction areas to appear in the annual exams of matriculation and intermediate level. The main aim behind the establishment of this educational body was to organize the matriculation as well as intermediate level exams in fair and transparent environment and also the declaration of fair results of these exams. Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education, Sahiwal (Sahiwal) is one of the nine educational boards across the province which started its functioning as an independent educational body in 2012. Though, before the establishment of this board, the Sahiwal and Pakpattan were being facilitated by the BISE Multan board.
BISE Sahiwal board has all the rights to take any important decisions for the betterment of youth as well as to improve the literacy rate in the country. Every year large numbers of students from Sahiwal region as well as its jurisdiction areas gets registered through BISE Sahiwal board to appear in the exams of matric and intermediate level. The board is responsible for the registration of both private and regular students. The jurisdiction of BISE Sahiwal has also been confined to several other districts. These districts include Pakpattan and Okara. Before the establishment of this board the Okara district was being facilitated by the BISE Lahore board.
BISE Sahiwal Results of 2025
This year, for conducting 9th class annual exams the board started the registration of private and regular students of Sahiwal and neighboring areas in November. In February the board dispatched the roll number slips to all the registered candidates and also issues the date sheet for the students in the same month. At first the board conducted 10th class annual exams and afterwards it conducted ssc part 1 annual exams. Usually the board announces the result of 9th class annual exams after the interval of three months. For this year, the result preparations are in process and it is expected that result will be announced in ending dates of August.
